What we keep. Your name, the way you asked us to reach you, and which of the four doors you came through. Nothing else.

Why. So that one person can contact you once about the pilot. We do not send marketing, reminders or follow-ups.

How long. Until the pilot decision is made, or sooner if you ask. Write to us at the address on the pilot letter and we will remove you the same week.

Who. Nattergale is the controller. We do not share your details with anyone.

Site analytics. We run cookieless analytics on our own server in the EU. It records which pages are viewed, where visitors came from, clicks, page errors and loading speed. It sets no cookies, stores no IP address and never sees what you type into this form. We keep analytics records for 12 months, then delete them.

Website chat. On our home page you can choose to chat with us. The chat only starts when you press Chat with us. It then stores small cookies in your browser, named cw_conversation and others starting cw_, so the conversation carries on if you reload the page. Nothing is stored if you never press the button. The chat runs on our own server, and a person from our team reads and answers every message. We keep chat messages for 12 months, then delete them. When you start a chat we ask for your email so we can reply, and your name if you choose to give it. When a chat ends we may ask you to rate it, and you can skip that. We keep your email, name and any rating with the chat messages, for the same 12 months.
